Market Lens Privacy Policy
This policy describes the connected Market Lens futures-research app currently distributed for private TestFlight evaluation and any public version that links to this policy.
Information stored on your device
Your display name, experience setting, appearance and chart preferences, default forecast choices, alert preferences, and the identifiers of forecasts you choose to remember are stored locally on your device. An expiring, revocable access pass is stored in the iOS Keychain. Market Lens does not request access to your camera or photo library.
Information processed by the service
When you connect the app, it sends the access pass and the futures ticker, timeframe, and horizon you select. The service processes an account or access identifier, session timestamps and status, and product interactions needed to authenticate the device, return the requested research, prevent abuse, and operate the service.
Market forecasts and their later outcomes are kept in a shared research ledger. They are generated once for a market and completed candle rather than created as a personal trading instruction. The app does not send brokerage credentials, positions, account balances, or orders.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Market Lens contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDK and does not track you across apps or websites. We do not sell personal information. We do not use app information for targeted advertising.
Retention and deletion
Local app data can be removed from Privacy & Data in the app. Disconnecting also removes the Keychain pass and attempts to revoke the current session. Service records are retained only as needed for access control, security, reliability, legal obligations, and the integrity of the deidentified research audit. Routine protected backups expire on a rotating schedule.
To request deletion of a connected preview account or other personal service records, email marketlens@tradersgritllc.com from the address associated with the account. Deleting an account does not rewrite the deidentified market forecast and outcome ledger.
Service providers and disclosure
We use infrastructure providers to host and secure the service. They process information on our behalf under their service terms. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the security, rights, and safety of users, Traders Grit LLC, or others.
Children
Market Lens is a general-audience educational tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Not financial advice
Market Lens is an educational research tool. It is not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, a brokerage, an exchange, or a wallet, and it does not place trades.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected here and in the applicable App Store privacy disclosures before release.
