Market Lens help
Support
Market Lens is an educational iPhone and iPad futures-research app. The connected version is currently available only to authorized private TestFlight users. Public customer access and billing are not active.
How to review a forecast
- Connect an authorized device from the protected Market Lens website.
- Choose a supported futures ticker, timeframe, and candle horizon.
- Request the latest completed-candle research.
- Review the chart, directional probabilities, confidence context, and plain-language guidance together.
- Use History and Accuracy to review mature outcomes. A withheld or unavailable result means the system has no qualified output to show.
Supported context
The private research catalog covers MES, MNQ, ES, NQ, CL, GC, ZN, 6E, CME Bitcoin futures, and CME Ether futures. The app can display 1-minute, 5-minute, 10-minute, 15-minute, 30-minute, and 1-hour completed-candle timeframes with 1-, 3-, or 5-candle horizons. Some ticker/timeframe/horizon combinations may be withheld by the research eligibility rules.
Connection help
If the app says access expired, open the protected connection link on that iPhone or iPad and reconnect it. If a chart is unavailable, keep the exact error message: an expired session, network failure, and a qualified no-output result require different fixes.
Disconnecting removes the access pass from the device. Reinstalling a TestFlight build may require connecting the device again.
Important limits
The app does not connect to a brokerage, exchange account, or wallet; request brokerage credentials; display positions or balances; recommend a transaction; or place an order. Model output and market information can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong. Confidence is model probability, not a probability of profit. It is educational research, not financial advice.
Privacy
The app stores preferences locally and processes the connected access and product-interaction information described in the Market Lens privacy policy.
