Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Traders Grit account and associated personal data by contacting support.

How To Request Deletion

Email support@tradersgritllc.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address connected to your Traders Grit account and the product or app you used.

What We May Delete

Deletion may include account profile details, app account identifiers, uploaded user content where applicable, support records tied to the request, and other personal information associated with the account.

What We May Retain

Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, financial, safety, or compliance reasons. Public content that was copied, shared, or stored by other users may not be fully removable from places outside our control.

Timing

We will review deletion requests and respond as soon as reasonably possible. If we need more information to verify the account, we may ask for confirmation before completing the request.
