These Terms govern use of Traders Grit products, apps, websites, AI-powered platforms, and related services, including the AI video platform. By using a Traders Grit product, you agree to follow these Terms and applicable laws.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity that happens through your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of videos and other content you upload. You grant Traders Grit permission to host, display, process, moderate, promote, and distribute your content as needed to operate the relevant product or platform.

Community Rules

Do not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, or unsafe content. Do not harass users, impersonate others, spam Traders Grit products, or attempt to bypass security or moderation systems.

AI Features

AI tools may help with discovery, summaries, labels, research, safety review, workflow support, and other product functions. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as professional advice.

Intellectual Property

Only upload content you own or have the right to use. We may remove content that appears to violate intellectual property rights or platform policy.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit distribution, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we believe these Terms, safety rules, or legal requirements have been violated.

No Financial Advice

Traders Grit products may contain creator content, research, education, or tools related to business, markets, trading, or investing. Platform content is for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
